Wiesbaden, September 12, 2022 – Co-founders Martin Kuppinger and Jörg Resch are voluntarily stepping down from their roles as Member of the Board at KuppingerCole, CEO Berthold Kerl announced at a company event at Bad Schwalbach on the 1st of September 2022. “They remain part of the company and will keep managing the daily business,” he said.
Bettina Buthmann has been appointed as a Member of the Board with immediate effect. She has been with the company for sixteen years and was KuppingerCole’s first employee, and joins Berthold Kerl on the board.
To adapt to this new structure, a new management team has been formed, comprising Berthold Kerl, Bettina Buthmann, Jörg Resch, Anne Bailey, Martin Kuppinger, Rainer Knorrp, Michel Liebscher, Matthias Reinwarth, Philipp Messerschmidt and Christopher Schütze.
The changes are part of the company’s evolution to sustain its growth and to keep improving its efficiency now that it has more than 50 full-time employees.
