Agenda Format

EIC 2023 will consist of 5 session streams. Speakers can choose if they want to present on-site or online.

Speaker Entitlements

If you are selected as a speaker you will receive a complimentary conference registration. This registration covers the whole conference (on-site or on-line), including all workshops and all pre- and post- conference sessions. Should your organization prohibit you from accepting a complimentary pass, please inform us.

Speaker Preparation Materials

As a confirmed EIC 2023 speaker, you will be added to our speakers’ mailing list and receive all the information you need to prepare and attend through email. To support European data law (GDPR), we’d like to inform you of how we process and use this personal data. You may find our Privacy Policy on our website.

Submitting Your Presentation

Final presentations are to be submitted in PDF or PPT format and will be made available for event attendees via download. If you don’t want your presentation to be generally available to attendees, let us know when submitting the presentation for review.
