I cannot join online. What can I do?

If you want to join the conference virtually, visit our event platform https://kc-live.com/. Log in with your KuppingerCole account with which you registered for the conference. If you are facing issues while logging in, please contact us via eventsteam@kuppingercole.com

How can I register for the event?

Simply enter the requested personal data which is necessary for the further administration of your registration. Once registered, a booking confirmation will be sent to your indicated email address.

To what extent is my booking risk-free and how long is the money-back guarantee valid?

Planning into the future can be a challenge but should not be one of your worries. Therefore, you can book now and get a 100% refund up to 30 days before the conference without any reasons. In case you want to cancel, simply send an email to eventsteam@kuppingercole.com and ask to cancel the booked ticket. You can find more information about the booking in the terms and conditions.

Unfortunately, I cannot attend the live event. Do I still get access to the recordings and presentation slides?

Yes, the recordings and presentation slides are made available to all users that registered for the event, regardless if they attended live or were tied up with business.

I will be attending online. How do I access the live sessions on the day of the event?

You can access the virtual event platform with your browser at https://kc-live.com/ or using the “KuppingerCole App” available in the official Android and iOS app stores. First, log in with your KuppingerCole account data. If you have not yet created a KuppingerCole account, you can create one here: https://www.kuppingercole.com/register. (IMPORTANT: Please use the same email address which you used for your registration as your ticket is linked to this email)

How can I attend the on-site event (including information on COVID-19 regulations)?

If you attend the conference on-site in Berlin, please read the following information carefully. Please download the app to your phone via the Google Play Store or the App Store, as it serves as your ticket. You can find your personal ticket in the dashboard of the app (see below). Should there be any corona-related restrictions or regulations during the event, we will of course inform the participants in a timely manner.

I cannot see the CSLS on the platform or in the app. What am I doing wrong?

What is a hybrid event?

For the first time in its history, CSLS will be a hybrid event – meaning that you can either participate on-site in Berlin or online. All presentations, panels and workshops will be streamed live on the virtual event platform. Furthermore, the event platform will hold a virtual expo and networking area, where attendees, speakers and sponsors can communicate.

Do I require a microphone and webcam to attend?

No, a microphone or a webcam are not required.
