The Cybersecurity Council will meet approx. 4 times a year (on-site and/or virtual) with an agenda set by participants. A survey will be done with all Members where they can suggest topics for research or for discussion. On that basis background material will be collated by KC research team and circulated to board members. Dependent on the preselected topics KC may invite selected experts to provide inside suitable to fuel discussions. Discussions are under Chatham House rule, which means that information disclosed during a meeting may be reported by those present, but the source of that information may not be explicitly or implicitly identified. Outcome of the discussions will be documented and handed out to all members. Participation should be preferably in person but virtual participation will also be facilitated. KuppingerCole will facilitate, prepare, moderate and document the meetings of the council. KC will strive to minimize time commitment for members and at the same time maximize benefits for them.
