Vanessa joined KuppingerCole's client management team in April 2022. She and her team are responsible for the coordination and implementation of agreed services as well as individual customer care to ensure and optimize customer satisfaction. As an integral part of the account management team and in close contact with all departments at KuppingerCole, it is second nature for Vanessa to be the voice of the customer within the company. Successful collaboration that helps clients grow and achieve their goals is at the core of every project. Prior to that, she spent 5 years at an IT security software vendor, most recently as Head of Channel.
